We offer two kinds of split-level ranches, in-line split levels ranches shown in the first four floor plans below and the split-level T ranches shown in the last four floor plans below. Just like the raised ranches, the straight split-level ranches give you an excellent value because, although you purchase only two modules from the manufacturer, you end up with the bonus space of a complete lower level. By finishing that lower level, you can almost double your living space for a very modest price. Or if you want single-level living, the lower level will serve handsomely as a workshop and two-car garage. The Split-Level T ranches offer a lot more space at a modest increase in cost. And, if you have special requirements, remember D&G Modular will find a way to meet your needs. We offer hundreds of options including cathedral ceilings. Let us know what you want; your home can be custom tailored to look the just the want you want it.
